Here at St. Edwards, we are always looking for ways to support our children to have a good mental health and promote self-help skills.
Mini Minds Matter have created a programme to support children with their emotional wellbeing and mental health by teaching them to regulate their emotions and have a growth mindset.
Since partnering up with Mini Minds Matter, we use mini mindful moments such as daily meditations, affirmations and much more to embed this into children's lives.
Parents and carers can incorporate mini mindful moments into homelife to support your children to be emotionally regulated.
The main aim is to teach and guide the younger generation into a healthier, more positive lifestyle.
